Excite stimuleert de uitwisseling van nieuw internationaal talent op festivals en podia. Partners bieden speelplekken en residenties voor acts. Fries talent krijgt zo de mogelijkheid om op te treden in diverse landen. Vice versa kan het Friese publiek kennis maken met acts uit Noord-Europa en daarbuiten. Excite leverde al veel internationale ervaringen op voor Friese acts in de afgelopen vijftien jaar.
